I'm not familiar with "On Hold", either. Do you mean "In Progress"? If so, those are products that you haven't finished making, but are saved in your "In Progress" folder for you to finish when you're ready. You posted " Help me!" under "New to Zazzle", asking for help in getting sales. I replied in saying that I couldn't see anything in your store. I still don't see anything, but can see items in other stores. Maybe you should check your settings, which may help with a few problems.

Are you making shoes or stamps? If so they could be waiting for approval.

I've never seen or heard of this "on hold" either... not with regards to products anyways.
The only "on hold" I've seen is when they hold your earning until you send in the required Tax Forms.
As Graphics_by_Metarla suggested, are you making shoes or stamps?
I've never seen a message asking to make something again either????

So you aren't being able to get products made and therefore into your store?
What products are you trying to make?
What happens exactly when you try to make products? Are you getting error messages?
Are you being able to make the products, but then they don't show up in your store? If so, how much time has passed since you made the products. I've had with some products it take a few hours. But with certain products such as stamps, shoes, etc. that need to be approved by the Zazzle staff, that can take a day or even up to a week (I usually only have it take a day though).
Also, even when you do get your products in your store it may take awhile for anything to sell.

Go to "My Account" and under "Dashboard" you'll see "Design Center", and below that, you should see a link for "In Progress". Click on that, and you'll go to your designs that are waiting for you to finish them. Click on the unfinshed product, and you'll be taken to the work area for you to finish it. Do what you need to do to it, and then post it for sale by clicking "post for sale" that's in red. Make sure that everything you want to sell is set for public viewing...everyone can see it.

What is the error message? What happens exactly? There are so many different things that can be going on that if you don't explain the exact problem then no one can help you.

Are you using images from other Zazzler's. It will not let you post for sale if you do that.

For everyone's benefit, there's an almost duplicate discussion going on in the other thread - http://forum.zazzle.fr/new/help_me_sep_3_2010. It's best to only post a question in one thread so you get all the answers together instead of confusing yourself and people who aren't getting the full information. msdespina has a point. If you started with a product already for sale on Zazzle and tried to modify it, you can't post it for sale - only buy it. You can't use someone else's product to sell as your own. Also, if your images are very low resolution, then there will be a warning triangle appear on the page to let you know you can't post it for sale because the quality will be bad. Do either of those situations apply? Patricia PR Prints

Before I start - - it's best not to use brightly colored text on the forums. Many people will tell you that it's hard on the eyes. I agree that some can be. I found QC to be more work than I wanted when it came to many designs and products, so I don't use it for now. I may not be the best at giving advice, but I'm doing what I can until better comes along. If your products are still stored as "In Progress", then you still haven't finished the designs. It doesn't matter if you use Quick Create or not, what isn't finished, isn't finished. If I recall correctly, with QC, you have to click on "edit" for each product you see lined up after QC has uploaded the images to products. You then have to add your title, descriptions and tags to each of the products. I'm using one of my images as an example - This is the first page where you see the images that were added to products. You make the needed changes with the edit or customize links. Click on "Next" after you finish. This is the next page - After you finish your design, look to the lower right for a yellow button that says something like "post it", "sell it", or along those lines. I wasn't able to get the button in the picture. Click it, and your work you be ready to sell, or at lest you're ready for the next step in getting ready to sell. If this doesn't work, try creating a product w/o using QC and see how far you get. If it goes through, then it might help you learn what you'll you have to do with QC.
