Has anyone noticed that the protective viewing ZAZZLE WATER SEAL is missing on T SHIRT items only On the store front as well as in the view module and customization module? Is it a glitch, do I have a trojan or are they doing something today on the system? All my other products have the water seal. I have visited several other stores and they have the water seal on all items. A fellow zazzler in England is also experiencing the same thing.

I don't think there has ever been a watermark on the product view of a tee. Maybe that's because the system seems to use some sort of overlay and warp type effect to simulate the creases an wrinkles of clothing, even on some of the straight front shots there seems to be a certain amount of distortion to a graphic.
If someone mouses over or flips to the design view where there is a much less distorted version a watermark appears.
Not sure someone would be able to lift much of a good graphic off of a tee, aside from the fact they are such low res anyway. And well those that are prepared to use really shoddy images will always find ways to take what they are after.

Thank you for your reply SpecialeeTees however. I have just sent an email to Zazzle concerning this issue as I was able to do a print screen and save of my images on several over (2 dozen) T Shirt Images and received a perfectly crystal clear image that I was able to increase resolution, printed on paper and then rescanned with exact clarity. This was while I was signed in to my store and signed out as if a customer. I even cleaned my cache memory as well. I got a perfect copy of my images. Mugs, cards all have a water mark and other items have a water mark EXCEPT Dog clothing, skate boards, Shirts,Pro Keds. I always had watermarks on my product. Dont understand the absence suddenly, and why in the world have them on mugs? and not shirts? There is no distortion of images. Even the wrinkle shirts show very clearly. Sorry if I speak with urgency, I am just crazed over security of my pc...like do I have bug, do I have a trojan. Same thing happening in England with a fellow zazzler. Okay...maybe just looking for some reassurance LOL. But its wierd cause I always noted the way zazzle protected artist work from right clicking as well to copy and past. But now can do it freely. Thanks for your help ST.

When I am signed into my own shop I see the waterseal on several of my own product images, but not on any apparel and a few other products such as labels.
Whether I am signed in or signed out completely I do not see the water seal on anyone's apparel either. But I do see it on their other products.

Hi Zazzle Admin, I appreciate your assistance so quickly, You Rock! I see what you wrote, I understand it, however the fact remains my present reality has not changed.
Okay. signed out of my own shop, cleared cache, changed ip address.
I went to my store, and went to specialeetees store. cups mugs cards stickers all non wearables have a watermark. T shirts do not as well as, dog apparel, skate boards Keds and Ties. I was able to print screen specialtees to full clarity as well as the products mentioned in my store as well. No distortion and was able to use images print screened, or saved to my photo shop. however. the mugs and some other things have the distorting water seal on ALL views in all modules.
I have no water seal whether I am signed in or signed out on the above items listed.
Basically am a newbee compared to the Pros here. But I can only share what I am seeing in real time. T

T When looking at someone else's shirt, click the design view (not product view) button and then the magnifying glass. The watermark will show and we have verified that it is visible in your store. Also, please watch your ratings. Adult-oriented material cannot be left as G. Our content team will remove them. The Zazzle Team

Thanks Zazzle Admin. Please be so kind as to email me a message concerning the mention of adult oriented material in your response. I am uncertain as to what you are pertaining to that might be perceived as adult oriented. I will change it post haste. Just not clear as to what you refer. Thanks for your assistance. Will follow up with phone.

George I know you think that people are getting a clear shot at tee designs, but as I said before they really are extremely low res highly compressed pics. I've just done a quick mock up of one of my designs, a screenshot cut against a copy of the original (also bear in mind I have massively reduced my original in both size and quality to fit against the screenshot, so even my original isn't high quality for the purposes of this example). Aside from the visible perspective distortion in the screenshot, I think the quality would require nothing short of a miracle to make it print-worthy. It doesn't show so well in this thumbnail, but if you click on it I've uploaded a larger version Also since PNGs loose a little clarity when printed on fabric, I know which version I wouldn't want to receive! Hope that put's your mind at rest a little
